58982 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Are the approximately 600 graduate registered nurse roles described as “expected” before July 2026 guaranteed to be funded and offered; if so, by what date will offers be made, and if not, why not?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand will make final offers by 30 June 2026, as part of our focus on building a healthcare system that has patients at its centre.
