58960 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What further policy work, if any, does the Minister intend to advance in 2026 to reform the Consumer Guarantees Act?

Hon Scott Simpson: Reform of the Consumer Guarantees Act is not currently on the Government’s work programme for 2026. However, I remain open to considering future policy work in this area.
