Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What date did Te Whatu Ora issue the initial Advanced Choice of Employment scheme offers for each mid-year and end-of-year intake of graduate nurses between 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2025, and how many graduate nurse roles were offered on each of those dates, if any?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand issued the initial ACE scheme offers for graduate registered nurses on the following dates between 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2025: • Mid 2024 intake: 24 July 2024 • End of year 2024 intake: 27 November 2024 • Mid 2025 intake: 16 July 2025 • End of year 2025 intake: 28 November 2025 As the Member should be aware, there is no set initial offer issue date for ACE Enrolled Nurses, as it operates as a talent pool process rather than a match process.
