58924 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes, during the month of November?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received one briefing from Corrections which includes information relating to delivering current rehabilitation programmes (including non-offence focused rehabilitation programmes). The title and contents of this briefing are withheld in accordance with Speakers’ Ruling 199/6. This is also my response to WPQ 58923 (2025).
