58896 (2025). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Why has she not asked for advice from the Ministry for Women on pay equity at any point since the Government passed pay equity changes under urgency?

Hon Nicola Grigg: If the Minister responsible for the Equal Pay Act 1972 decides to carry out a post-implementation review or monitoring, I will consider how I and the Ministry for Women can support this process.
