Background on co-sponsoring the Human Rights Council Resolution and making National Statement on of 14 November, dated 5 November 2025. On 2 and 5 September 2025, I received background and the outline of approach to HRC60. The national statement on Sudan, delivered 9 September 2025, was shared for information.
