58785 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: How were the bids, if any, assessed for the contract that Janison Solution Pty Ltd was awarded to deliver the new Assessment and Aromatawai Tool for students in Years 3 - 10?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that bids received through an open Request for Proposal were evaluated against preconditions and both functional and non-functional requirements. The evaluation model combined conformance checks with weighted scoring for value, in line with the Evaluation Plan that is outlined in the Ministry’s Procurement Plan.
