58709 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many travellers admitted under the visa-waiver travel pathway from Australia for Chinese and Pacific Islands Forum country nationals have subsequently been identified as overstayers?

Hon Erica Stanford: As the member is aware, people are able to remain in New Zealand for up to three months visa free. Given that the trial has not been in place for three months yet it is not possible for anyone to have overstayed.
