Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: On what date, if any, did Ministry of Education officials first become aware that the Bangerz Education and Wellbeing Trust had, as part of their now withdrawn bid to convert Kelston Boys High School to a charter school, set up a “regular weekday morning “desk” at the local McDonalds from about 8.00am where students have dropped in before school to ask about the difference a charter school would make”?
