58674 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, did the Finance Minister seek or receive around the trade implications of not meeting New Zealand's commitment to the 2030 Nationally Determined Contribution before her statement on 2 December 2025 where she reportedly ruled out purchasing overseas credits?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have received a range of advice relating to NDCs over time. I am advised that the Treasury publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers, by the middle of the month after the advice is provided.
