58663 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: Will the findings of the review into the Shared Accommodation Cell Risk Assessment (SACRA) tool be publically released; if so, when?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections will publicly release the findings of the review into the Shared Accommodation Cell Risk Assessment. I am further advised that the release date of these findings will be determined by Corrections in consideration of future court proceedings and coronial inquests relating to the deaths at Mt Eden Corrections Facility, and following consultation with family and next of kin.
