Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on christmas, holiday, end of year, and any other types of celebratory functions or parties during November and December in 2020?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Stats NZ spent the following on Christmas/end of year activities from 2020-2025: 2020: $13,992 2021: $10,384 2022: $8,629 2023: $944 2024: $0 2025: $3,104 This is also my response to Written Questions 58602, 58603, 58604, 58605 and 58606 (2025).
