Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Local Government: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on christmas, holiday, end of year, and any other types of celebratory functions or parties during November and December in 2022?

Hon Simon Watts: In November and December 2022, the Water Services Authority – Taumata Arowai, held two events, totalling $18,198.80. The events were combined into an all-staff in-person meeting and an end of year celebration, where staff around New Zealand were brought up to the Wellington head office.
