Hon Nicola Willis: The now disestablished Social Wellbeing Agency had a shared service agreement with the Ministry of Social Development for its corporate financial ICT services. Its general ledger (GL) codes were such that it would require substantial collation and research to determine the amount requested. It is therefore not in the public interest to deviate the resources necessary to undertake this collation. The member may be interested to know that the Social Wellbeing Agency’s hospitality policy at the time allowed for a maximum of $30 per person for events of this nature and no public funds were spent on the purchase of alcohol.
