58297 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Courts: What were the contents of disappearing messages, if any, sent by the Minister via a messaging apps like Signal or WhatsApp after Sunday 1 September 2024, that have disappeared or will disappear by Monday 30 September 2024?

Hon Nicole McKee: I regularly communicate with members of my staff, my caucus colleauges, and other Ministers on a number of platforms on a variety of issues. To identify and collate the contents of any messages would require require a significant diversion of resources that will unduly interfere with the operation of my office. As per Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, I do not consider it to be in the public interest to undertake such an exercise.
