Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How much, if any, has the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted on christmas, holiday, end of year, and any other types of celebratory functions or parties during November and December in 2025?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that each staff member has been allocated $15 + GST for a Christmas function. As of 12 December 2025, the Ministry has received invoices for Christmas, holiday, end of year, and other types of celebratory functions or parties, totalling $18,182.35. For the Crown Entities that I am responsible Minister for I refer the Member to table 1, attached.
