Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made to address the recommendation 'Local support: Everyone in the community must have a way to prepare for disasters, with some whānau needing additional resourcing to maintain access to essential nutrition, water, heat, shelter, and care' as contained in the research into health and wellbeing impacts of adverse weather conditions report for the Ministry of Health dated July 2024, as at 16 September 2024?
