Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 44047 (2024), does the individual employed into the one full-time fixed-term role that will work as part of the team at Te Au rere a te Tonga to implement the military-style academy pilot have a work history that includes working for or in the defence forces?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that staff were recruited for their skills, competencies and experience. In order to protect the privacy of the individuals working on the Military-Style Academy Pilot, I do not believe it is in the public interest to provide further details beyond what has been provided in answers to previous WPQs.
