Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does a document containing a ‘turnaround plan’ as mentioned in Hon Dr Shane Reti’s press release announcing the appointment of Lester Levy as commissioner of Health New Zealand exist, and if no such discrete document exists, what documents inform the implementation of a ‘turnaround plan’, listed by title and date?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: The Commissioner has been asked to prepare a plan related to the reset of Health NZ and this is currently being developed.
