Hon Nicola Willis: ACC has advised me that it does have investments in companies on the list. None of the companies are subject to sanctions by the United Nations or the New Zealand Government. ACC’s planned investment and divestment decisions are commercially sensitive. ACC’s exclusion activities and criteria are outlined in ACC’s publicly available ethical investment policy that is kept under active consideration.
