Hon Brooke van Velden: The Cabinet mandate for the all-of-government response established by the previous Government ended on 31 December 2023. WorkSafe is responsible for monitoring and enforcing health and safety legislation. I meet regularly with WorkSafe officials and expect any issues of significance to be raised with me.
