58079 (2024). Mariameno Kapa-Kingi to the Minister of Housing: How many state houses located on floodplains are occupied by Māori tenants as of September 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that based on the homes located on designated floodplains there are currently 3,583 tenancies, where the main occupant identifies as Māori as at September 2024. Approximately 10,110 household members live in those homes.
