Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: How much, if any, has the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted on christmas, holiday, end of year, and any other types of celebratory functions or parties during November and December in 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry for Regulation does not allocate a specific budget for Christmas, holidays or end of year celebrations. I understand this year, for their end of year function, Ministry staff self-catered and brought their own refreshments and food to share. In December, the Ministry spent a total of $225.96 (ex GST) on kitchen consumables, including disposable plates, cutlery, ice and two bags of chocolates.
