Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: On how many occasions has the Ministry retained the services of Impact Lab to estimate the social value or return of a programme or proposal; on how many occasions has the Ministry retained the services of a provider other than Impact Lab to estimate the social value or return of a programme or proposal?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice contracted ImpactLab once. No other service has been identified as being engaged for the sole purpose of estimating the social value or return of a programme or proposal.
