Hon Scott Simpson: All correspondence is read and triaged according to topic. If the topic doesn't fall under the Minister's portfolio the correspondence is transferred to the appropriate Minister. This is a manual system to ensure emails that are genuinely needing to addressed are responded to accordingly.
