57949 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What are the holiday shut down dates, if any, for the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, during the 2025-26 holiday period?

Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me that client-facing teams are working throughout the holiday period, although ACC is closed on statutory holidays. Staff in functions that are not client-facing or business critical are encouraged to take annual leave from Wednesday 24 December 2025, returning on Wednesday 7 January 2026.
