57860 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What are the holiday shut down dates, if any, for the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, during the 2025-26 holiday period?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand’s offices in Auckland and Wellington will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 9 January (inclusive).
