57853 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How many contractors, if any, did the Minister's departments have on 9 September 2024; and how many of them, if any, were former employees of the department that lost their roles or resigned from their roles since 27 November 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry of Justice’s contractor engagements are reported on a monthly basis. I am advised that the Ministry had 39 active contractor engagements as at 31 August 2024, none of which were former Ministry employees that had lost or resigned from their roles since 27 November 2023.
