Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that it employed 582 contractors as at 30 November 2023. This data is the nearest verified data available to the date requested. I am advised by the Education Review Office that it employed six contractors as at 27 November 2023. I am advised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority that it had 58 contractors as at 27 November 2023.
