57782 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Have appointments been made to the Steering Group that will oversee MBIE’s review of earthquake prone building law, and if so, who has been appointed?

Hon Chris Penk: MBIE is currently in the final stages of the appointments process for both the Chair and wider steering group membership. MBIE anticipates that the Steering Group will be formally appointed in the final quarter of 2024.
