57768 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes, or written advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding the AUKUS trilateral security partnership since 15 July 2024, by title and date?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs, I have received one briefing from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on AUKUS since 15 July 2024. It is not in the public interest to release this briefing, to avoid prejudice to the international relations of New Zealand, and to protect the confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and officials.
