57766 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What protocols, if any, are in place in the Minister's office to automatically divert or refer correspondence in the Minister's inbox, and to which departments, agencies or crown entities are the emails diverted or referred to, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: None. The Member will be aware of the protocol put in place by the previous Police Commissioner's office which has since been removed. My expectation has been made clear that that does not happen again and I have sought and received assurances that that was the only instance.
