Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, Cabinet papers, briefings, memos, aide memoirs, emails, texts and other forms of correspondence did the Minister receive from the Treasury on the independent rapid review of the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment, including advice on its findings and terms of reference?

Hon Chris Bishop: There are communications between my office and Treasury relating to this topic. I do not believe it is a good use of public resource to count these. Information and advice related to the Budget will be available on the Budget.govt website from Thursday 12 September.
