57724 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What protocols, if any, are in place in the Minister's office to automatically divert or refer correspondence in the Minister's inbox, and to which departments, agencies or crown entities are the emails diverted or referred to, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: My office has no such protocols in place to automatically divert or refer correspondence in my inbox. However, my staff individually assess each item of correspondence and, where appropriate, transfer correspondence to other offices, agencies and/or entities if the content of the correspondence aligns more closely with the responsibility of others and/or is not my responsibility as Minister.
