57719 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What are the holiday shut down dates, if any, for the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, during the 2025-26 holiday period?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the holiday shut down dates for the Ministry of Justice National Office are from close of business Friday 19 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026 (inclusive). Information regarding Court and Tribunal holiday hours are publicly available and can be found on the Ministry of Justice website. For the Crown Entities that I am the responsible Minister, I refer the Member to table 1, attached.
