57714 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister for the Environment: How many, if any, Cabinet papers, briefings, memos, aide memoirs, emails, texts and other forms of correspondence did the Minister receive from the Treasury on the independent rapid review of their department, including advice on the review's findings and terms of reference?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Independent Rapid Review commissioning letter which included the Terms of Reference, was issued to Ministers from the Minister of Finance on 12 March 2024. The Independent Rapid Review report is being released by the Treasury. The Ministry for the Environment also produced a supporting briefing to Ministers regarding the Independent Rapid Review.
