Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Immigration: How much has been spent on Chief Executive redundancy payments and payments in lieu of notice, if any, in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023, detailed by chief executive role, payment amount and period?

Hon Chris Penk: As Associate Minister of Immigration, I have no responsibility for any government departments, Ministries, agencies, crown entities or other bodies. Immigration New Zealand is a branch of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
