Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Immigration: What protocols, if any, are in place in the Minister's office to automatically divert or refer correspondence in the Minister's inbox, and to which departments, agencies or crown entities are the emails diverted or referred to, if any?

Hon Erica Stanford: There are no protocols in place to automatically divert correspondence in the Minister’s inbox. Correspondence is triaged by a staff member before being either filed or forwarded for action. Some correspondence will be referred to MBIE to either draft a response or reply directly.
