57663 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What are the holiday shut down dates, if any, for the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, during the 2025-26 holiday period?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Asia New Zealand Foundation are closed from 25 December 2025, reopening on 5 January 2026. The Antarctica New Zealand office in Christchurch is closed from 24 December 2025, reopening on 5 January 2026. Scott Base remains operational throughout this period.
