57557 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, lunches that were meant to serve specific dietary or religious needs did not meet those needs during the week of October 13th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) does not track lunches across all suppliers and internal meal providers in the programme on a weekly basis. During the week of 13 October 2025, the Ministry was informed by the School Lunch Collective of a stone found in one dietary meal and a chicken meal served to a vegan student in error.
