Hon Simon Watts: In my capacity as the Minster of Climate Change, I received the below documents during the week beginning 2 September 2024: 5/09/2024 - BRF-5280: Pre-1990 forests in the Emissions Trading Scheme. 5/09/2024 - BRF-4969: Prioritising actions to improve environmental data. 5/09/2024 - BRF-5284: Vote Environment Performance Plan. 5/09/2024 - Final Climate Weekly Update week of 9 September 2024 6/09/2024 - BRF-5217: Response to Climate Change Commission's Emissions Reduction Monitoring report. 6/09/2024 - BRF-5279: Independent Reference Group - initial advice on adaptation framework. It is not in the public interest to release three further titles as they are under active consideration.
