57519 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Did the Ministry of Education seek other bids for the contract that Learning Matters Ltd was awarded in the financial year 2024/2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: Yes. I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the contracts awarded to Learning Matters Ltd in 2024/25 were procured through either an open-market Request for Proposal (RFP), or via secondary procurement. For those awarded through an open-market RFP, the tender was advertised and remained open for the minimum time periods required under the Government Procurement Rules. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 57531 and 57533 (2025).
