57501 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Associate Minister of Education: What testing or verification processes, if any, does the Ministry require suppliers of play sand to undertake before their products can be used in ECE centres?

Hon David Seymour: The Ministry of Education is not the regulator for goods and services sold in New Zealand. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 57504 (2025).
