57473 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Space: What percentage, if any, of existing operators of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure (GBSI) indicated they are at risk of being unable to obtain a GBSI activity authorisation by 1 March 2026?

Hon Judith Collins: All GBSI operators are considered automatically authorised from 29 July 2025 until whichever comes first: 29 July 2026, or the Regulations coming into force. I am advised that no operators have made such an indication.
