Hon Chris Bishop: The latest transport economic analysis identifies monetised disbenefits relating to two outcome types: vehicle operating costs, and emissions. These were considered alongside the five outcome types that delivered positive benefits (travel time savings, travel time reliability, active travel, safety and wider economic benefits) to calculate the total economic benefits for the project.
