57455 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 44582 (2025), how many properties, if any, have been recorded in the Kāinga Ora Business Initiated Transfer Register to date in 2025/26 for the reason of divestment and how many, if any, have been sold?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that for the financial year 2025/26, there are 329 Business Initiated Transfers recorded in its system for the reason of divestment, and as at 31 December 2025, 74 of these properties have been sold.
