57453 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 44582 (2025), how many properties, if any, recorded in the Kāinga Ora Business Initiated Transfer Register in 2025/26 are classified as removed from service pending divestment?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that in the current financial year, as at 30 November 2025, there were 307 Business Initiated Transfers recorded as being for the reason of divestment.
