57338 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 1 December 2025, by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) during the week beginning 1 December 2025: - Minister attendance at NEMA day pack (1/12/2025) - 2024-25 Annual Review - GAC additional prehearing questionnaire (86-89) (1/12/2025) - Recovery Status Report (4/12/2025) I also received one additional document within the specified timeframe; however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
