Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I received the listed aides-memoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports and advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade during the week of 2 September 2024. It is not in the public interest to release seven of these titles, in order to maintain the confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers and officials, and to avoid prejudice to negotiations.
