57129 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 2 September 2024, by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took the following items to Cabinet: 3 September 2024 - Updating the Property Thresholds and Fees Relating to the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988. 3 September 2024 - Government Response to the Law Commission Report: "The Third Review of the Evidence Act 2006". I took 2 further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
